Eneagrama by Hermano Reis

How this test works

The questionnaire organizes your answers so you can explore the nine types. Here is what the score means, and where that reading stops.

By Hermano Reis

How is the score calculated?

There are 135 statements, 15 related to each type, mixed through the questionnaire. Each answer is worth 1 to 5 points. When you finish, each type can total from 15 to 75 points.

A higher score means more agreement with those sentences. It is not a probability that you are a type, and it is not a measure of personal worth.

The result appears after every answer. When two or more types share the highest score, we show the tie: a paper duel between the mascots, and an invitation to review some of the sentences you already answered for those types. If the totals then split, a lead type and the wing appear. If not, the tie stays: the site does not pick a type for you.

What are wings?

In the Enneagram, the neighboring types on the circle are called wings. When a single type has the highest score, the result and the account show the wing in the form 4w5 (type 4 with a 5 wing), using the neighbor with more points. A tie between the neighbors does not invent a single wing, and it does not prove those influences are balanced in your life.

What can the result say?

It gathers your answers and points to descriptions to explore. Compare what you read with real situations, and also notice the points you do not identify with.

This test does not offer a diagnosis, does not measure levels of development or instinctual variants, and should not be used to decide someone's job or role on a team.

Research on the Enneagram has limits. A review of studies found mixed evidence of reliability and validity. We do not present this questionnaire as a validated diagnostic instrument.

What are the references?

The site's explanations draw on ideas presented by Helen Palmer and by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson. The library points to the books if you want to keep studying.

Those readings help situate the Enneagram. Citing them does not prove the origin of each statement, and it does not validate this specific questionnaire.

Where are my answers?

During the test, answers stay in this browser. When you open the full result, the site tries to save your answers and scores to your account and tells you if it worked. In the account, you can see the types recorded in your history.

The mentor is an AI and can look at your latest full result and the materials on the site. It can suggest questions and exercises, but it can be wrong and it does not replace professional support.
