Exercises for watching yourself in ordinary days

Pick a prompt, write down what you noticed, and come back to it after you try it.

Looking inward

Two sentences, written without editing. The first impulse counts.

Minimum plan

One week. One practice from your type, the one already in the profile. A time of day when you will notice it. If you miss it, write down what happened before you correct yourself.

The type does not change. We change our relationship with it. Watching yourself takes time, and it never becomes a perfect habit.
